Consignors can now request payment for their sales online!
There are two options for payout requests:
1. Request a check
In order to receive a check you must submit a request online or over the telephone in the first seven days of every month. If it is currently not the first seven days of the month and you would like to receive a check please bookmark this page and submit your request during that time period. Checks are issued and mailed to your address on file between the 8th and the 15th of the month for the previous months sales. If it is the first seven days of the month and you would like to request a check please complete the form at the bottom of this page.
2. Request a gift card
Consignors can also request a gift card as payment for their sales at any time throughout the month. The gift card comes with an automatic 10% discount on top of our normal progressive discount any time it is used. You can keep it to use for yourself or give it to someone else! To request a gift card please complete the form at the bottom of the page. We can send the card to you or to somebody else as a gift.
